Jerry M. Wohletz
President and CEO
Jerry joined Draper June 2022 after a 22-year career with BAE. He was most recently vice president and general manager of BAE Systems Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS), responsible for managing all stages of the electronic warfare product life-cycle. He also served as the executive interface for an extensive customer base that included senior Department of Defense officials as well as global defense organizations. Prior to joining Electronic Combat Solutions, he served as vice president and general manager for BAE Systems FAST Labs.
Jerry holds a bachelor’s degree with highest distinction in aerospace engineering from the University of Kansas; his master’s degree and Ph.D. from MIT are in aerospace & astronautics and in estimation & control respectively.

Anthony S. Kourepenis
Vice President, Engineering
Tony joined Draper as a student in 1985 and became a staff engineer in 1988 in support of inertial instrument design, development and assessment. He assumed his present role as Vice President of Engineering in 2022, overseeing all of Draper's Engineering departments. Previous Engineering and Programs leadership roles at Draper include Vice President of Strategic Systems, Principal Director of Strategic Systems, Principal Director of Engineering and Director of Internal Research and Development.

Christine Albertelli
Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer
Christine was promoted to Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer in October 2021 after serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in 2020 and as Draper’s Principal Director for Finance since 2017. Prior to joining Draper, Christine served as Director of Budget and Financial Analysis at MIT and as Vice President, Corporate Planning, at the Performance + Lifestyle Group, a publicly traded footwear business with $1 billion in sales. Previously, Christine worked in investment banking for 15 years, during which time she managed financial transactions for clients across a number of different industries.

Robert S. Bacon
Vice President, Navy Strategic Systems
Bob joined Draper in 2011 as a Systems Engineer to support strategic programs, a mission he has focused on throughout his career of nearly 20 years. Most recently Bob served as Director for Strategic Guidance, Navigation & Control Programs, with cradle-to-grave responsibility for managing the Trident II D5 Strategic Guidance Program. Prior to that he was the Associate Director for Advanced Programs and also served on a multi-year inter-governmental assignment to Navy Strategic Systems Programs, where he led an enterprise-wide digital engineering transformation initiative and planning for future modernization programs.

Tara S. Clark
Vice President, Operations and Commercial Programs
Tara joined Draper in 2016 to lead the commercial program office, with a focus on bioprocessing solutions for precision medicine in addition to her Commercial role. Tara’s responsibilities expanded in 2021 to also include her overseeing Draper’s overall operations. Formerly, she was general manager of North American Clinical Operations for Miltenyi Biotec and Director of Marketing for Baxter Healthcare Corporation. She was elected as the first industry representative to the International Society for Cellular Therapy (ISCT) Advisory Board, is an active Member of the American Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (ASMBT) and was recognized by the Boston Business Journal as a “Woman to Watch in Science and Technology, 2017."

Amy Hart
Vice President, Contracts
Amy Hart leads a multidisciplinary professional team, responsible for the full contract life cycle, in the establishment and maintenance of contracting processes/procedures across the Draper enterprise that are efficient, adaptable, and compliant with government regulations. She has 21 years of cradle-to-grave contract management experience in positions of increasing authority, working for Aerospace and Defense companies, from large prime systems integration to high volume manufacturing, with Department of Defense, commercial, and international customers. Prior to joining Draper as the VP of contracts, Amy served as the Senior Director of Contracts in the Northrop Grumman Space Sector.
She holds degrees from the University of Missouri (B.A.) and the University of Central Missouri (M.A.).

Suzanne Jones
Vice President, Business Winning
Suzanne Jones is Draper’s first VP of Business Winning. Prior to joining Draper in May 2023, she served as a Senior Director, Business Winning at BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems sector. In this role, she will leverage her 21 years of experience to transform Draper’s research and development capture and proposal process to inform strategic decisions and improve efficiency. Her leadership and guidance will be instrumental as we continue to serve our nation’s interests and security needs.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Liberty University and completed her post-graduate coursework at Trident Technical College. She is an award-winning, certified member and Fellow of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.

Mary Kim
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mary joined Draper in December 2022 as head of Draper’s legal department and secretary to the Board of Directors. Prior to Draper, she was Assistant General Counsel & Director at General Dynamics Corporation as well as in-house counsel at General Dynamics Information Technology, CSRA LLC and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Before moving in-house Mary was in private practice for several years in two large law firms in Washington, D.C.
Mary holds degrees with honors from Yale University (B.A.) and Georgetown University Law Center (J.D.).

Sarah Leeper
Vice President and General Manager, Electronic Systems
Sarah is the VP and General Manager of Electronic Systems. Prior to this position, Sarah held various roles at Draper, including principal director for Defense Systems in which she managed a $100 million program office providing mission, combat and secure and assured solutions to the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Special Operations Command and defense industry prime contractors.
Sarah joined Draper in 2016, and has more than 20 years of experience in aerospace and defense, microelectronics, security, high-performance computing and financial technology markets covering the entire product lifecycle. Most recently Sarah was promoted to interim leader for National Security and Space following the retirement of Neil Adams, Draper’s former vice president of National Security and Space.

Julia MacDonough
Vice President and General Manager, Space Systems
Julia is the VP and General Manager of Space Systems, where she will use her more than 25 years of experience to develop, implement, and oversee the execution of strategy that accelerates mission impact and growth of Draper’s Space Systems business. Her diverse professional background reaches across military and civil space, aerospace and defense, remote sensing, electronic warfare and satellite communications serving government, commercial sector and international business customers, including NASA, the Department of Defense and the Intelligence community. Prior to Draper, Julia held positions across BAE Systems and was most recently Product Line Director in Electronic Systems’ FAST Labs™ business.
She holds degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology (M.S.) and Duke University (B.S.).
