SkillBridge Program

The DoD SkillBridge program offers service members the chance to acquire essential civilian work experience through targeted industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during their final 180 days of service. SkillBridge facilitates the transition of service members by connecting them with industry partners to provide real-world job experiences.
