403B’s pre-tax and ROTH

• Employees contribute a minimum of 5% of their base salary on a tax-deferred basis, and Draper contributes an amount equal to 10%
  • New plan participants begin with 50% vesting in Draper contributions, earning an additional 10% for every year completed
