Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Our Employee Resource Groups represent an integral aspect of our culture and brand. These groups have played an important role in shaping our company through their diverse range of events, efforts, and community-building initiatives. Supported by dedicated funding, our nine ERGs drive internal and external impact, serving as catalysts for more inclusive policies, new offerings, and better connectivity across our campuses and beyond.
Ability+
Ability+ is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for employees with disabilities and individuals connected with someone with a disability. Ability+ focuses on promoting education, raising awareness, and advocating for the rights of people with disabilities.
Asian Pacific Americans@Draper (APA)
The mission of APA is to cultivate a platform for sharing diverse perspectives and creating a sense of belonging. APA also aims to establish an inclusive network that celebrates the cultural backgrounds of APA.
Black Inclusion Network (BIND)
BIND is committed to creating a culture of diversity and inclusivity through learning while aiming to elevate the representation of employees from the African Diaspora who share common backgrounds, interests, and aspirations. It serves as a platform for mutual celebration, education about individual differences and appreciation.
Caregivers
Caregivers offer a platform for employees to access resources, engage in discussions, and collaborate with management to balance caregiving responsibilities. Additionally, it serves as a space to foster connections with other employees and provide them with relevant information.
Early Career
The Early Career group creates opportunities for members to establish connections, gain insights into navigating our environment, build networks, and advance professionally.
Latinx
The Latinx ERG aims to cultivate an inclusive community by providing a supportive environment for Latinx employers. This group facilitates networking and mentoring opportunities, informs members about community engagement opportunities, and fosters constructive dialogue.
LGBTQIA+
LGBTQIA+ serves as a peer support group committed to fostering a welcoming and secure environment. Through its M.E.A.N.S framework—Mentoring, Education, Advocacy, Networking, and Socializing, members provide mentorship, guidance, and networking opportunities for employees.
Veterans
The Veterans group is dedicated to supporting, nurturing, and promoting the unique experiences of military veterans within the company. They aim to identify and honor employees who are veterans, enhance the bonds and comradeship of those who have served, and offer mentorship and support to veterans transitioning from military to the company.
Women@Draper
Women@Draper aims to unite, empower and establish a supportive community that inspires women and gender minorities to realize their full potential in careers, personal lives, and leadership roles. The group actively engages the community to promote professional growth and retention.
